Service and Usage Agreement

• Email quota per account is 1 GB for all our packages. E-mail sending limit is up to 100 Pieces / Hour. akinhost.com may change hourly shipments.
• Backups taken by the customer are hosted on the server for 15 days and can then be automatically removed by the system.
• Packages cannot be used for purposes that would contradict the concept of web hosting, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download center or backup area.
• Packages cannot be used for bulk / spam e-mail sending. akinhost.com may restrict hourly shipments when deemed necessary.
• The customer is responsible for backing up his data. Our company cannot be held responsible for possible data loss.
• A 100% transportation guarantee cannot be given for free site transportation service.
• Unlimited features are based on good faith use. The aim here is for our customers to use their packages in good faith without any limits. There is a CPU limit application based on this principle in the packages. Goodwill monthly traffic usage checkpoint is 50GB. The goodwill disk usage checkpoint is 10GB.
• Unless stated otherwise in our packages, the CPU usage limit is 100% of one processor core. In certain packages, this rate can go up to 400%.
• Unless stated otherwise in our hosting packages, the file limit (inode limit) is 200,000.
• In all hosting packages, park/alias domains can only be used for peer publishing of the current website. For uses other than website broadcasting (mail, etc.), akinhost may suspend the relevant services without notice.
• Addon / Alias / Peer / Park domain names used in hosting services can be used if they are registered as a domain name service in the user account. In case of using domain names that do not belong to the user or registered with a different company, proof of the right to use the domain name belongs to the user. When deemed necessary, akinhost may stop publishing these additional domain names and remove them from the hosting service.
• The use of any functions or libraries that may affect server security is not allowed in our shared hosting infrastructures.
• In shared hosting infrastructure, no additional functions can be provided other than the PHP functions provided on the control panel. Our users who want to install a 3rd party module on standard applications (Wordpress, Opencart, etc.) must check these functions and install the applications.
• Our users who receive service from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access rights.
• The use of php functions exec, escapeshellarg, popen, proc_open is not allowed in our shared hosting infrastructures.
• akinhost.com can monitor resource usage (CPU, file number / size, MySQL, MSSQL, Traffic, Disk usage, etc.) at regular intervals and ask the customer to reduce its resources. In cases where package limits or good faith usage principles are exceeded, the system can automatically limit, stop, redirect to a special page or restrict.
• akinhost.com, for active packages without notifying the user when deemed necessary, regardless of criteria such as resource usage or server performance; Can change IP, server and infrastructure.
• The use of benefits such as campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, etc. is specific to the company and the individual, unless otherwise stated. If it is determined that the benefits obtained from accounts created through different names, e-mails or phone records etc. are used outside the framework of the determined rules, akinhost may suspend the relevant account and service without notice and request the user to pay the difference in the relevant benefit.
• Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, akinhost may suspend the relevant accounts and services without notice. Can close access to accounts.
• akinhost.com has the right to terminate the service and refund at any time without giving any reason.
• akinhost.com reserves the right to make changes in hosting packages, the articles affecting these packages and all other elements.
Domains that are not allowed to be registered / transferred
Domains that do not comply with the items listed below are not allowed to be registered, transferred or hosted on our servers. Domains found to not comply with these rules may be deleted without prior warning.

• Domains that do not comply with the law No. 5651 regarding the regulation of publications made on the internet and the fight against crimes committed through these publications
• Commercial bank names (garantisube, ypkrdsube, akbanksube, etc.)
• Credit card / bill payment point names (kartode, billode, etc.)

The sites/content listed below are not allowed to be hosted on our servers.

• Forums or other websites that distribute or link to warez / pirated / illegal content

• Mailer Pro etc. email marketing / sending sites
• Email sending software by clicking the button
• Broadcasting of live sports events (UFC, NASCAR, FIFA, NFL, MLB, NBA, WWE, WWF, etc.)
• Automatic send-to-friend software
• Anonymous or bulk SMS sending applications
• Bitcoin Etc. Sites related to Miners, Barter, Exchange, Trading
• PayDay Debt sites (programs related to PayDay loans or debt partnerships)
• Child pornography
All other content, including child pornography, that could potentially harm children and minors is strictly prohibited. Any website containing child pornography or links to it will be stopped immediately without notice.

Policies
• Providing trouble-free and high-standard service to all our users is our top priority. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details are determined within the scope of this priority. According to this; Consumption of disk, traffic, CPU and other resources is not allowed to be at a level that would negatively affect our main system and the users sharing this system in any way.
• All our individual and corporate users have the right to use a healthy e-mail service. All other measures we take, such as our zero tolerance policy against spam, are intended to ensure the continuity of this service.
• We recognize that data can be valuable to our users, no matter what service they use. However, we do not know how much this value is. We expect our users to notify us if this value is more than the monthly value of the hosting service fee. For this reason, we recommend that our users regularly back up their sites on their computers, even if they receive backup service. We want each of our users to know that they are 100% responsible for taking a backup, regardless of the service they receive. Even if additional backup service has not been purchased from us in case of possible data loss, if we have backups taken against system errors, we will be happy to share these backups with them.
• We would like to point out that our packages and the resources and limits of the packages are always checked on the basis of good faith use, and all transactions are carried out taking this principle into consideration.
